Cancelation and Reschedule Policy:
To cancel, or reschedule your service, please contact us 24hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid a deposit charge.
Request rescheduling a service more than twice in the row, a deposit will be charged after the second request.
We take all major credit cards, cash, Apple and Google pay.
Service booked online by deposit- When a notice or request to cancel a service is received before 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Deposits made online are all included 4.5% tax, and you will only pay a balance of the booked service with 4.5% tax in person.
No refunds and changes, once you redeemed points for a service.
No exchange and refund once products are sold.
Please let us know when you are running late for your appointment, so we can try our best to accommodate you. (15mins Less)
If you are running late for your appointment more than 15 minutes, it will be seen as NO SHOW (particularly for haircut) and will be charged for the deposit of a booked services.
Two Weeks Hair Fixing Policy:
If you are not happy with your hair outcome, please let us know it, we would be happy to fix your hair without any additional fee. You have two weeks to request an appointment to resolve any challenges from the date your service was initially completed. This policy does not apply to CHANGE your original service to a different service, also not for any hair result requiring more than one service.
All services are not refundable!
